Deposit & Cancellation Policy

1^st payment: Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the sales price of the booked product will be due if the booking date is more than 150 days prior to the starting date of the booked trip. If the booking date is 150 days or less prior to the starting date of the booked trip a 40% non-refundable deposit of the sales price of the booked product will be due.

2^nd payment: Otherwise 150 days ahead of the trip start another 20% non-refundable deposit of the sales price of the booked product will be due.

Final payment:The full payment (remaining 60% of sales price) will be due 90 days prior to the starting date of the booked trip. The final payment is non-refundable.
